ในฐานะที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสังคม ไทยยามาฮ่ามอเตอร์ มีนโยบายที่ชัดเจนในการรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมโดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาให้สังคมเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนและสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ 

ขณะเดียวกันเราไม่เคยมองข้ามความสำคัญในการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม จะเห็นได้จากการเป็นผู้นำเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย และเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม มาใช้กับสินค้าต่างๆและการปรับระบบภายในโรงงานให้เอื้อต่อการรักษาสภาพแวดล้อม เช่น ระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย ระบบระบายอากาศ พร้อมสวนหย่อมที่ร่มรื่นและสนามกีฬาสำหรับพนักงาน As a good corporate citizen, Thai Yamaha Motor has various programs with clear policy on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by focusing on sustainable development and self-sufficiency of the society.

We support community development activities with employees’ participation, and support projects of reputable foundations based on actual requirements of local people.
 
Meanwhile, we have dedicated to pursuing environmental preservation activities by developing environment friendly motor technology for our products and eco-friendly factory for our employees and society. We have standardized waste water treatment system, good ventilation system at factory, and green and recreation areas for employees.
