For easy manoeuvrability together with agile handling and responsive suspension action the R7 is equipped with lightweight 10-spoke cast alloy wheels. A high level of traction is provided by a 120/70ZR17 front tyre and a wide 180/55ZR17 rear tyre that deliver stable and confident roadholding when cornering, accelerating and braking.

Your body position plays a key role in the bike’s aerodynamics and handling characteristics,and the R7’s clip-on handlebars along with rearset footrests and a solo-style bump-stop seat achieve a sporty riding position for track and street use.Deep tank cover indents enable you to tuck-in very close to the bike for reduced drag, and give extra support and grip during braking and cornering.

Delivering 73.4 PS @ 8750 rpm, the 689cc CP2 engine of the R7 offers thrilling acceleration and instant throttle response. Its 270-degree crank gives an uneven firing interval that ensures a lively and exciting feel as the revs rise – and its linear torque output enables you to lay down the power efficiently for faster corner exits.
