• Learning on multi-job in various functions in TYM by rotation process
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
• Having buddy and mentor for advising and consulting
• Doing project assignment in area which interested in
• Reporting assignment progress to mentor (GM) by monthly
• Reporting assignment progress to Management by quarterly
• Presenting project assignment to Management for evaluation (Ending program)

• At least Bachelor’s or Master Degree in any fields (Depend on requirement from operations)
• Proven achievement record from university, extra-curricular activities.
• Fluent in English both writing & speaking TOEIC score 600 Up
• Can do attitude, Positive thinking.
• Self-starter, fast learner and has a bias for actions and results
• Good problem-solving skills with leadership potential and ability to demonstrate potential leadership capability, growth mindset, and high learning agility.
• Good communication and ability to work cross functionally and teamwork
• Be able to start work in July 2023
